After registration to a conference (whatever done from the participant side or by validating the registration from our side), the buttons to submit the proceeding and/or journal papers will be activated. The participant can submit these papers any time before or after the conference dates, but before the paper’s submission deadline. However, the papers review will only start after the submission deadline.
