* The registered participants (onsite option) who will not be able to attend physically due to COVID 19 pandemic situation and restrictions, will have the right to join the event virtually and to physically attend one of the future SETCOR events planned for 2021 or 2022 free of charge. NO REFUND will be possible for any extra amount paid. This condition does not apply to registrations done before Monday June 8, 2020, 09.00 GMT + 1.

- VAT at 5% to be added to the registration fees.

- Registration fees cover the access to the conference, the conference materials and documents, lunch (for 2 days) and coffee breaks --> when possible to held the event onsite.

- Student participant should be able to produce a valid student ID at the registration desk when requested --> when possible to held the event onsite.

- Company Employee even if he/she is a student cannot be considered as a "Student Participant" and should register as "Company Participant".

- In case you registered to the conference, with the option of the payment of the registration fees by bank transfer, but you did not make the bank transfer before the early bird deadline, the standard registration fees rate should apply.
