We are delighted to welcome you to the 6th edition of the Plasma Processing and Technology International Conference- PlasmaTech 2026, which will be held in the beautiful and historic city of Prague, Czech Republic, from 06 to 08 May 2026.

This international event brings together leading scientists, engineers, and industry professionals to exchange knowledge and explore the latest advancements in plasma science and technology. Known for fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and showcasing both fundamental research and practical applications, Plasma Tech continues to serve as a central forum for the global plasma community.

 

The scientific program for 2026 is structured around six core themes that reflect current priorities and emerging directions in plasma research:

- Plasma–Matter Interactions and Functional Materials

- Plasma Source Design and Diagnostics

- Environmentally Responsible Plasma Technologies

- Plasma Applications in Health, Agriculture, and Food Systems

- Plasma for Advanced Manufacturing and Emerging Technologies

These themes cover a wide spectrum—from basic plasma processes to applications in energy, environment, medicine, nanotechnology, and advanced manufacturing—highlighting the critical role of plasma technologies in addressing global challenges.

In addition to these main themes, different focus sessions/symposia. These focus sessions offer the conference participants the opportunity to go more into depth with one specific topic.

This 6th edition of the Plasma Processing and Technology International Conference - Plasma Tech 2026, will be held jointly to the Surfaces, Interfaces and Coatings Technologies International conference - SICT 2026 and Tribology 2026. All registered participants of the PlasmaTech 2026, can attend all the sessions of the SICT 2026 and Tribology 2026.
