The oral presentations

Duration of each talk type (including 2 to 3 minutes for Questions/Answers):

  • We do not impose a template for the oral presentations,
  • Oral presentation: 15 minutes,
  • Keynote talk: 30 minutes.

The posters

  • All posters will be presented online (through the Whova app that we will use for the event),
  • There will be no display of printed posters as they will be uploaded online,
  • The poster should be upload in PDF format (A4 or A3). We do not impose a template or dimension for the poster PDF file.
