Oral Presentation types and time slots information.

A Keynote presentation is 30 mins (including 2 to 3 minutes for Qs/As) speech.
A invited presentation is 25 mins (including 2 to 3 minutes for Qs/As) speech.
An Oral (standard) presentation is 15 mins (including 2 to 3 minutes for Qs/As) speech.
We do not impose a template for the oral presentation content.
Oral presentations are expected to be MS windows compatible and done with Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF.
Presenters need to carry their presentations in a USB Key or external disk and upload them to the conference room available laptop before their presentations sessions.
Please do not plan to use your own laptop (to avoid time spend to install it) as this will not allowed if not agreed in advance.
