The oral presentations

A plenary presentation is about 45 mins (including Qs/As) speech.
A keynote presentation is 30 to 40 mins (including Qs/As) speech.
An oral presentation is 15 mins (including Qs/As) speech.

Presentation must be done with Microsoft PowerPoint for windows operating system.

Presentation should be uploaded on a USB key. A pre-installed laptop for the presentations will be available on the conference room to plug and start your presentation.

Do not plan to use your own laptop as support for its installation will not be provided and so not allowed.

Poster Information

Poster dimensions must be 100cm high X 80cm wide maximum.
